Mind, Body and Soul Counseling, a holistic mental health collective.

Holistic Therapy for Men and Women

Anxiety. Depression. Life Transitions. Trauma

Our Approach

We specialize in somatic-based therapy, taking a holistic, trauma-informed approach that helps you heal the mind, body and soul.

Our approach is an integrative method of practice that bridges traditional talk therapy and the physical body together through movement, meditation, breathwork and discussion. This gives you an opportunity to build a mind/body/soul connection to achieve calmness and peace. We do this by incorporating movement and connection to the physical body, noticing what you need and trusting that intuition. We are black and women owned and operated and specialize in helping all communities to emerge in their personal growth.

Our practice offers 100% virtual sessions to clients only residing in Pennsylvania and Texas!

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CIGNA AND AETNA INSURANCE FOR TEXAS AND PENNSYLVANIA!

  • Therapy For Depression

Waking up to what feels like no end in sight, feeling depleted, lonely, and unappreciated can leave you in deep sadness. With the support of therapy, you can assess your life and remove anything that is no longer working to experience a feeling of oneness with yourself that transforms and brings fulfillment to every area of life.

  • Therapy For Trauma/PTSD

Painful experiences can follow you wherever you go whether you experienced painful events or trauma in childhood or adulthood. Unprocessed trauma can cause emotional, mental, and physical challenges often leaving you feeling helpless. Therapy can help unlock or process memories stored in your mind and body, releasing them from being trapped in your system, and providing new tools for handling painful, difficult, and stressful situations.

  • Therapy For Anxiety

Experiencing excessive thoughts can completely consume you and interfere with your daily living. Maybe you're experiencing thoughts that something bad will happen, worried about the future, or jumping from task to task that it's hard to be present in your relationships. Therapy can help you learn what invites anxiety in, and help you feel grounded & connected to your true self.
